Wallpaper samples are supplied as A4 sheets, printed in the UK on the same premium non-woven material as the full rolls.

It’s strongly recommended. Samples help you see true colour, scale and texture in your own home. Leave samples up for a few days to observe how the design settles into your space.

Samples are sent via Royal Mail Second Class and UK delivery is free. They usually arrive within 3–5 working days. International sample delivery will be available soon.

All wallpaper is printed to order in the UK. Production lead time is 2–4 weeks, followed by tracked courier delivery. You’ll receive tracking details once dispatched.

If it has been more than 5 working days after dispatch, or more than 7 working days without receiving tracking, please email hello@clairetemplerdesign.com with your order number.

Because each roll is printed to order, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for change of mind, incorrect quantities, or incorrect measurements. Returns are only possible for faulty or damaged goods reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Each roll is 10m long. Use the wallpaper calculator on the product page to estimate quantities and confirm final quantities with your decorator before ordering.

Yes. Rolls must have the same batch number for a consistent colour match. Check when your order arrives and before cutting.

Wallpaper is currently shipped within the UK only and is free of charge. International shipping will be introduced soon.

Yes, in well ventilated areas away from direct water contact with a suitable clear protective varnish applied. This is essential for protecting the paper from moisture, humidity, and stains, and preventing it from peeling or developing mould. Your decorator will advise on an appropriate product.

For added durability in high traffic or moisture prone areas, your decorator will advise on a suitable clear protective varnish.
