• Check you have received the correct design, colourway and number of rolls.

• Check that all rolls share the same batch number to ensure a consistent finish.

• Keep all roll labels until the installation is complete.

Please note: Once wallpaper has been cut or hung, it cannot be replaced or refunded.

1. Ensure walls are clean, dry, smooth and sound.

2. Remove any old wallpaper or loose paint.

3. Fill and sand any holes or cracks as needed.

4. Avoid hanging wallpaper on walls affected by damp or ongoing moisture.

5. For older or uneven walls, a good-quality lining paper can help achieve an even finer finish. Allow it to dry fully before hanging the wallpaper.

6. Use a spirit level or plumb line to mark a vertical guide for your first drop to help ensure the design hangs straight.

1. Use a good-quality, ready-mixed adhesive suitable for non-woven wallpapers.

2. Apply the adhesive directly to the wall, not to the back of the wallpaper.

3. Wipe away any adhesive from the printed surface immediately using just a clean, damp sponge and plain water.

4. Avoid detergents, cleaning products or scrubbing.

1. Apply adhesive to the wall, covering an area slightly wider than the width of the roll.

2. Position the first dry length using your vertical guide.

3. Smooth the wallpaper from the centre outwards using a wallpaper brush to remove any air bubbles.

4. Butt join each length, taking care not to force adhesive out at the seams.

5. Trim the excess at the top and bottom using a sharp blade and straight edge.

6. Continue hanging each drop, matching the pattern repeat.

7. Allow the wallpaper to dry naturally with gentle ventilation. Avoid strong heat or forced drying.

• Wipe gently with a clean, damp sponge and plain water.

• Avoid detergents, cleaning products or abrasive cleaners.

• In high-traffic or moisture-prone areas, such as hallways, kitchens or bathrooms, a suitable clear protective varnish can provide additional durability.

• Follow the manufacturer's instructions when using any protective varnish.

We cannot accept liability for issues arising from:

• Incorrect installation

• Unsuitable site conditions

• Use of an unsuitable adhesive

• Adhesive damage to the printed surface
