Placing an Order
All wallpaper can be ordered directly through the online shop.Each roll is printed to order in the UK, helping reduce waste and ensure consistency across your batch.
If you’re unsure how many rolls you need, please use the wallpaper calculator on the product page or email hello@clairetemplerdesign.com - we’re always happy to help before you place an order.
If there are ever delays or questions about your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
Lead Times
All wallpaper is print-on-demand with a production lead time of 2–4 weeks.
This allows us to maintain quality, reduce unnecessary stock, and keep each batch consistent.
UK Delivery
Samples are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Wallpaper rolls are sent via a tracked courier service.
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
Free shipping for all UK orders.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its progress.
(International delivery and associated information is coming soon.)
Returns
Because each wallpaper roll is made especially for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
change of mind
incorrect measurements
incorrect quantities
ordering without a sample
To help avoid over-ordering, please use the wallpaper calculator or get in touch for guidance.
We always recommend ordering a sample before committing to a full order.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Quality matters deeply, and all wallpaper is carefully checked before it leaves the studio.
However, if your order arrives damaged or appears faulty, please:
Email hello@clairetemplerdesign.com within 48 hours of receiving it
Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue
Keep your packaging and do not cut or hang the wallpaper
Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Please note:
We cannot replace wallpaper that has already been hung or cut.
We are also unable to accept responsibility for damage that occurs after delivery.
Exchanges
Because wallpaper is printed to order, we cannot offer exchanges unless the item is faulty.
If you feel unsure about scale, colour, or finish, please order a sample before placing your full order - this is the best way to ensure it’s right for your space.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for confirmed faulty or damaged goods.
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned wallpaper, we’ll let you know whether a refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for this to appear, depending on your bank.
If you’re waiting longer than this, feel free to get in touch and we’ll check for you.
